Betsey joined Feinstein Kean Healthcare in May, 2006 as SVP of Human Resources with over 20 years of HR leadership experience in multiple industries from Strategy Consulting and Software Development to Healthcare IT.

Betsey began her career in Benefits where she led the function in large multi-national high technology firms. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council. As her career progressed, she broadened her leadership role in the areas of Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations, Training, and Organization Design and Development. Betsey took an intermission from her HR career when she joined Fidelity Investments as Director of Product Development, where she was a member of the original team who created Fidelity's Benefits Outsourcing business. This venture continues to be successful enterprise for Fidelity with over 3,000+ employees internationally. Having been bit by the entrepreneurial bug, Betsey joined the management team and created the HR function for two start-up organizations in Healthcare Technology and Consulting.
