A co-founder of Feinstein Kean Healthcare, Robert Gottlieb specializes in scientific communications for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and in assisting technology-oriented companies in establishing and sustaining corporate identity to support financing and partnering objectives.

In his career at Feinstein Kean, Robert has advised over 50 clients, including: Advanced Cell Technology, Inc., Amgen Inc., Coley Pharmaceutical Group, LeukoSite Inc., Pfizer Inc., Therion Biologics, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated.

Robert has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries as an editor of F-D-C Reports, “The Pink Sheet,” as in-house corporate communications director at Biogen Inc. and as a consultant. During his tenure at “The Pink Sheet,” most recently as executive editor, he covered the FDA and drug regulation, pharmaceutical business and the emergence of biotechnology as an industry. He also founded a reference publication for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, The NDA Pipeline, which has been published annually for over 18 years.

At Biogen, Robert directed press relations and corporate communications from 1985 to 1987, a key period that laid the foundation for the company's turnaround. He also managed communications for Biogen's Research and Development Limited Partnership. Robert holds a B.A. degree from Trinity College (Connecticut).
