Dental Coverage
As an employee, you have the opportunity to choose from two dental plans administered by CIGNA Healthcare. They are: the Traditional/Passive PPO Dental Plan and the Dental Care Plan (DHMO). An employee is eligible the first of the month following the completion of one month of service.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This service provides you with no-cost assistance for a wide range of personal and work-related issues such as managing stress, overcoming depression or substance dependency. It offers you the opportunity to discuss problems confidentially with a professional counselor, and to design a plan of action for resolving any difficulties.
401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) plan allows all eligible employees to contribute a pre-tax deduction of up to $13,000 toward retirement savings. The 401(k) match is a discretionary percentage determined at the end of each year based upon the company's financial performance.
Flexible Spending Accounts
You can substantially reduce your taxable income by using pre-tax dollars to pay for healthcare and dependent care cost. The Healthcare account pays for eligible healthcare expenses that are not covered for employees and all eligible dependents. The dependent care account pays for the physical dependant care of employees and their dependents.
The Hyatt Comprehensive Legal Plan
This optional benefit provides you with an unlimited range of legal services and protection for a low monthly cost, including real estate and family matters, document preparation and court appearances.
Life Insurance
We automatically provide all employees with one times their salary of Basic Life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance. We also offer the option for you to purchase an additional one to five times your salary of Supplemental Group Life insurance, as well as Dependent Life Insurance.
Long-Term Disability
You can choose this optional employee-paid coverage that will provide you with 60 percent of your pay for a disability period extending beyond six months.
Medical Coverage
As an employee you may choose between three plan options administered by Aetna. They are: the EPO Open Access Plan, the POS Plan and the Traditional/Passive PPO Plan. An employee is eligible the first of the month following the completion of one month of service.
Recruitment Bonus
Any employee (below the vice president level) who refers a candidate that is hired will receive a $4,000 bonus for a professional staff referral, or $2,000 for a support staff referral. Fifty percent of the bonus is paid immediately, and the remainder is paid following the new employee's six month anniversary.
Short-Term Disability
We automatically provide all eligible employees with a company-paid disability protection that covers the costs of daily living in the event employees become totally disabled and unable to work. Coverage is provided at 100 percent of your pay for the first two weeks of disability, and 60 percent thereafter for up to six months.
Vacation
All staff members are eligible for three weeks of vacation annually.
